FAQ: What assurances do we have that the
resources you provide can successfully complete the work.
Answer: TSG takes great efforts in making
sure all consultants assigned can and will do the work that
they are contracted for. We prescreen candidates over the
phone, face to face and then we check references. In addition
we technically test consultants to prove their competence.
Obviously no screening is fail safe; however at TSG we guarantee
our consultants for the first three days (24 hours of work).
If you are not satisfied with our consultant’s work
for any reason within the first three days, you pay nothing.
TSG will eat the wages and find a more appropriate resource
immediately. This is our commitment to the customer to make
things right. |
